Lacy's Turn

With Madelyn asleep, Lacy takes her turn getting some quality time. Lacy seems to be adjusting well, kinda indifferent. We'll see what happens when she realizes Madelyn is not just visiting - but she is here to stay.

A Special Blanket for a Special Baby

Little Madelyn loves the blanket that her Great Aunt Barbara made for her. We're trying to get the same shot but with Madelyn facing the camera. She still has a little bit of a cone head, but not too bad after 4 days.

Night 1 & 2 Update

Well, the new nighttime routine is a learning experience!! Madelyn was up 4 - 5 times during the 1st night, but only 2 - 3 the 2nd night. She is a quick learner though - she learned to cry a little louder between the 1st and 2nd night. Luckily, Grammy (Angie's Mom) agreed to stay up with her the 2nd night if we would fix the bottle each time. We took her up on that!

She's mainly sleeping these days, so when her eyes are open, we have to get LOTS of pictures! Here she is soaking things in.
