A Visit to the Dallas Arboretum

Last Saturday we took Madelyn back to the Arboretum to see the Spring flowers. She loved being able to run around and explore everything!

Her favorite thing seemed to be the water fountains. Daddy let her feel the cool water on her hand, and she loved it!

Oops, she "accidentally" walked on a couple of flowers, but hopefully not much damage was done.

She wore clothes with flowers for the special occasion!

Dying Easter Eggs

Madelyn's first experience with dying eggs was extra fun because she got to learn from her big cousins. She watched them create beautiful masterpieces!

She got the hang of it pretty quickly with help from Grammy and Uncle Matt.

Rub-a-Dub-Dub

Rub-a-dub-dub, three cousins in the tub! These cuties had so much fun together over Easter. They had an entire week to play together. We can hardly wait for the next visit!

Ride 'Em, Cowgirl!

Our favorite restaurant has mechanical horses outside, and that is now Madelyn's favorite thing about going there to eat! She immediately starts asking for the "horsie" and "ju-jus" (quarters).

Hunting Eggs with the Girls

This morning the 5 friends in our neighborhood had a little egg hunt. There were 12 adults, 5 toddler girls, and 1 baby boy. The girls had SO much fun finding eggs, sliding, swinging, eating, and playing with bubbles. The adults had a great time, too!

Making a Wish

Madelyn got a penny from Daddy to throw in the fountain. She loved throwing it in, but then she wanted to get in the water to get it out!
