What Happens When Daddy is in Charge

Madelyn thought it was so fun when she dumped over a bowl of cherries. She thought she'd give them a taste even though they are fake!

9 Months Old!

Happy 9 Month birthday, Madelyn!

Madelyn felt so pretty in her new dress from Grammy.

She was all dolled up in her tights and bow!

She was such a big girl at her 9 month check-up. She loved standing on the table and looking in the big mirror. She now weighs 16 lbs. 11 oz., which is the 15th percentile for her age. She is 27 3/4 inches tall, which is the 60th percentile. The doctor believes that she'll be walking in another month or so based upon how good she is at standing and moving around. She is getting big too fast!!

Fun in Arkansas

We went to Arkansas for spring break. Madelyn loved spending time with everyone! She loves hanging out with Uncle Matt!

Madelyn sure loves her Grammy!

Papaw and Grammy had so much fun with Madelyn. They played and played with her new LeapFrog learning table that Grammy had waiting for her. What a wonderful visit!!

8 Months Old!

Can you believe how big this sweet girl is now? Madelyn turned 8 months old last Friday. This past month has been a big one for her: she began crawling, she can pull up on everything, she learned to wave, she said "Mama" (probably accidental!), and more. We can only imagine what the coming month will hold!

Miss Crystal and Madelyn

We are so lucky that Miss Crystal takes care of Madelyn during the week while Mommy and Daddy work. Madelyn loves her so much! Last week Miss Crystal taught her how to wave bye-bye. And, Madelyn gets to play with her friend Ainsley each day also! They have so much fun together.
